Chris comes to CPD with several years of experience in data and field information management systems and strategic corporate research. Most recently, as a Lead Researcher for SEIU Local 32BJ, he worked on organizing and contract bargaining campaigns, utilizing database and mapping tools to more effectively mobilize the union membership and developing and executing strategies based on corporate, legal, and regulatory research, which contributed to victories that raised standards for thousands of property service workers. Chris will develop CPD’s strategic research capacity and internal technology and operations systems. He will also support partners in creating the most effective practices for database and project management, strategic research, data analysis, and team collaboration. Prior to 32BJ, Chris was a Project Coordinator analyzing staff, member, and financial resources for Workers United, SEIU; he also coordinated shareholder campaigns on behalf of union pension funds for the AFL-CIO. Chris received his BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
